ABDUL MOIMÊME - prepared guitar

Both Abdul and Wade have conceived and assembled their own instruments. More importantly, they have also conceived and assembled the musical language they use to dialogue with each other, as can be heard on their second album, 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, recorded live at Bota in Lisbon, in March, 2022, and audible here: https://wadematthews.bandcamp.com/album/permeance . We should also mention that the duo expands to include Butoh dancer Cecilia Gala. While on tour in duo, they were joined by Cecilia for a memorable concert at the Vostell Museum in Extremadura.
